Our Warranty:

Refurbished Laptops: 6 Months, parts & labor

Refurbished Desktops: 6 Months, parts & labor

New Laptops: 1 Year, parts & labor

New Desktops: 2 Years, parts & labor

What it Covers:

This warranty covers any hardware that may become defective, including labor to replace the part. We will repair or replace (at our discretion) any computer within the warranty period.

What it Doesn't Cover:

Like all computer and laptop warranties, it does NOT cover the following items: Virus infections and software problems. On refurbished laptops warranty does not cover batteries. Warranty does not cover damage caused from improper electrical conditions such as un-grounded electrical outlets or using the wrong power adapter (like one not designed for your laptop model). Warranty does not cover any of the following items which are considered user abuse: liquid spills into the laptop; damages caused by dropping the laptop; damage caused by improper use of the power adapter which can damage the power jack of the laptop. Users should never pull or jerk the power adapter from the laptop from the side but should always reach behind the laptop and carefully pull the power adapter plug from the adapter jack. Damage to the power jack can also cause an electrical short which can cause serious damage to the motherboard of the laptop.

Returns:

We stand behind our computers but we do not accept returns. Why? Should the unit be returned, computers unlike other products require a significant amount time to reload Windows in preparation for the next user. It can't simply be put right back on the shelf. Due to this fact should if we do (at out discretion) decide to accept a return there will be a 20% restocking fee to cover our time in reloading Windows to give the next user a fresh slate. We do want you to be happy with your computer so should you run into an issue let us know as soon as possible, most 'issues' are really quite simple to resolve and don't require returning the computer.
